Design details
Wheels
Eight wheels — four double units, each turning a full 360°. The units mount through a metal bar tied into the case frame, reinforcing the point where cases usually fail first. Loose wheels are the complaint we hear most about other luggage; this is the fix.
Handle
A telescopic handle with multiple locking heights and a grip shaped for a full hand. Wobble is the first thing people test in a shop — extend it and check for yourself.
Interior
Organiser pockets, and an expansion panel through the middle: cinch a full case back down, or open it up when the trip home is bigger than the trip out.
Shell
100% fresh polycarbonate under a textured film finish. Not scratch-proof — nothing is — but marks show far less than they do on a gloss shell.

We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.

Care and warranty
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it. No abrasive cleaners or solvents — they take the finish off. Every few trips, turn the case over and clear grit and hair out of the wheel housings. It's the most-used part on the case and the one most people ignore. Extend and retract the handle fully after a trip to clear dust from the tubes. Don't drag the case sideways on a fully extended handle. Store it upright with the handle down, empty and dry, and leave it open for a day before putting it away.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
