Payment Options

How you can pay.

We accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is it secure?

Payment is handled by our payment provider at checkout. Your card details go directly to them and never reach us — we couldn't see them if we wanted to. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — delivery to mainland UK is free, with no minimum, so for most orders there's no line added at checkout at all.

When are you charged?

At the point you place the order. If we ever can't fulfil something, you're refunded in full and promptly.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days of a return reaching us. We can't refund to a different card — that's the payment provider's rule, not ours.

Something went wrong at checkout

If a payment fails, the most common causes are a card address that doesn't match, or your bank's fraud check. Try again, and if it fails twice email hello@fantana.uk — we can usually tell you what the gateway saw.
