Design details
Wheels
Eight wheels — four double units, each turning a full 360°. The units mount through a metal bar tied into the case frame. On a large case that reinforcement earns its place: weight is what pulls wheels loose, and loose wheels are the complaint we hear most about other luggage.
Handle
A telescopic handle with multiple locking heights, so it stops where you leave it rather than creeping down under the weight of a full case.
Interior
Organiser pockets, and an expansion panel through the middle — the depth you want on the way home rather than the way out.
Shell
100% fresh polycarbonate under a textured film finish, which hides the marks a large checked case inevitably collects far better than gloss would.

We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.
Between sizes? If you fly carry-on more than you check, take the 55 — it lives in the overhead bin.

Care and warranty
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it. No abrasive cleaners or solvents — they take the finish off. Clear grit out of the wheel housings every few trips. Extend and retract the handle fully after a trip to clear dust from the tubes. Store upright, empty and dry, with the handle down and the expander closed.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
