Design details

The shoulder strap

A shoulder strap with a webbing adjuster, and a sleeve on the back that slides over a case handle — so on a travel day the bag rides on the case rather than digging into your shoulder.

The wide mouth

It opens wide across the top rather than through a slot, which is the whole reason to own one: you can see what's in it without unpacking it. A zip pocket on the front and a slip pocket on the back take a phone and a passport.

The water-resistant nylon body

Water-resistant nylon — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. It takes drizzle on the walk to the terminal and wipes clean, and the base is reinforced where a full bag rests on the floor.

Care and warranty

Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let it dry fully before you store it, and store it with the zips a hand's-width open so the inside can breathe. Empty the pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.

We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If a zip, buckle or strap fitting fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The bag goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks.

Three years on the parts that move — zips, buckles and strap fittings. If one fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
