Wheels
Eight wheels on every case in the set — four double units each, turning a full 360°, mounted through a metal bar into the case frame rather than fixed to the shell alone.
Handle
A telescopic handle with multiple locking heights on each of the three cases.
Interior
Organiser pockets in each case, and an expansion panel through the middle of all three.
Shell
100% fresh polycarbonate under a textured film finish on all three cases.

Care and warranty
Wipe each shell with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. No abrasive cleaners or solvents. Clear grit out of the wheel housings every few trips. Store nested, upright, empty and dry, with the handles down.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
Three years on the parts that move — wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles. If one fails under normal travel we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
