The straps and the back panel

Padded shoulder straps and a padded back panel — the two things that decide whether a loaded bag is still comfortable at the end of a day rather than only at the start of one. A sleeve on the back slides over a case handle.

The padded laptop compartment

The padded laptop sleeve sits against the back panel, where the weight belongs. Behind it a boxy main compartment, and in front a set of pockets for cables, a charger and the small things you don't want to be digging for at a gate.

The water-resistant nylon body

Water-resistant nylon — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. It takes a shower between the station and the office and wipes clean afterwards.

Care and warranty

Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let it dry fully before you store it, and store it with the zips a hand's-width open so the inside can breathe. Empty the pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.

We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If a zip, buckle or strap fitting fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The bag goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks.

Three years on the parts that move — zips, buckles and strap fittings. If one fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
