Care and warranty
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let them dry fully before you pack them away, and store them flat rather than stuffed — a cube stored full holds the crease.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If a zip, buckle or strap fitting fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The bag goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks.
Three years on the parts that move — zips, buckles and strap fittings. If one fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
