Refund policy

Thirty days to be sure.

If a case isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — unused, with its tags and packaging. That's long enough to pack it, roll it around the house, and change your mind properly.

How to start. Email hello@fantana.uk with your order number before you send anything back, and we'll confirm what happens next — no forms, no portal, no fuss. Returns go to Fantana Limited, Thames House, Unit 03 Longreach Road, Barking IG11 0JR.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us. If you cancel under your statutory rights, that 14 days runs from the day we receive the case or your proof of posting, whichever comes first. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if something arrives faulty or wrong, the return costs nothing and your refund includes the original delivery.
