The four-wheel base
Four spinner wheels, each turning a full 360°, so the case rolls upright beside you and turns on the spot at a gate. Wheels are the first thing travellers ask about and the first thing to fail on cheap luggage — so they're the first thing to check here too. Tip it, push it sideways, see how it tracks.
The telescopic handle
A telescopic trolley handle with several locking heights. Extend it and check for wobble — that's the test people run in a shop, and it's the right one. Tall or short, one of the stops will be yours.
The strap-and-pocket interior
Compression straps across the main compartment hold a full case steady, and a divided interior keeps shoes away from shirts. Front pockets take documents, chargers and the things you want without opening the whole case on the floor.
The water-resistant nylon body
A water-resistant nylon body — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. It takes drizzle on the way to the terminal and wipes clean afterwards. Soft-sided, so it gives where a hard shell would crack.
Cabin size

We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.
Between sizes? If you fly carry-on more than you check, take the 47 — it lives in the overhead bin.

Care and warranty
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let it dry fully before you store it, and store it with the zips a hand's-width open so the inside can breathe. Empty the front pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
