Design details
The four-wheel base
Four spinner wheels on each of the three cases, every one turning a full 360°, so they roll upright beside you and turn on the spot at a gate. Wheels are the first thing travellers ask about and the first thing to fail on cheap luggage — so they're the first thing to check here too.
The telescopic handle
Each case has a telescopic trolley handle with several locking heights. Extend one and check for wobble — that's the test people run in a shop, and it's the right one.
The strap-and-pocket interior
Compression straps across each main compartment hold a full case steady, and a divided interior keeps shoes away from shirts. Front pockets take documents, chargers and the things you want without opening the whole case on the floor.
The water-resistant nylon body
Water-resistant nylon on all three — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. It takes drizzle on the way to the terminal and wipes clean afterwards. Soft-sided, so it gives where a hard shell would crack.

Care and warranty
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let each case dry fully before you store it, and store them with the zips a hand's-width open so the insides can breathe. Empty the front pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
