Design details
The two-wheel base
Two recessed wheels and a pull handle — the simplest wheeled format there is, and the one with the fewest parts to fail. It tips and follows rather than gliding beside you. If you'd rather push a case upright down an aisle, the Spinner Trolley Case is the one to look at.
The telescopic handle
A telescopic trolley handle with several locking heights. Extend it and check for wobble — that's the test people run in a shop, and it's the right one.
The compression interior
A tall, boxy main compartment with compression straps to stop a soft bag slumping halfway through a trip. An external zip pocket keeps documents and chargers reachable without opening the main compartment.
The water-resistant nylon body
A water-resistant nylon body — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. Softside construction gives where a hard shell would crack, and the fabric wipes clean.

We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.

Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let it dry fully before you store it, and store it with the zips a hand's-width open so the inside can breathe. Empty the front pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
