Design details
The two-wheel base
Two recessed wheels and a pull handle on each of the three — the simplest wheeled format there is, and the one with the fewest parts to fail. They tip and follow rather than gliding beside you. If you'd rather push a case upright down an aisle, the Spinner Trolley Case set is the one to look at.
The telescopic handle
Each bag has a telescopic trolley handle with several locking heights. Extend one and check for wobble — that's the test people run in a shop, and it's the right one.
The compression interior
Tall, boxy main compartments with compression straps to stop a soft bag slumping halfway through a trip. External zip pockets keep documents and chargers reachable without opening the main compartment.
The water-resistant nylon body
Water-resistant nylon on all three — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. Softside construction gives where a hard shell would crack, and the fabric wipes clean.

Care and warranty
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let each case dry fully before you store it, and store them with the zips a hand's-width open so the insides can breathe. Empty the front pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
