Design details
Wheels
Four spinner wheels, each turning a full 360°. Necessary at this size: a heavy case that rolls upright is far easier than one dragged at an angle.
Handle
Telescopic, locking at more than one height. Extend it fully and feel for side-to-side play — on a large case that is loaded, play in the handle is the thing you notice first and keep noticing.
Interior
Internal cross-straps and zipped compartments, behind a TSA-approved combination lock that security can open and re-lock rather than cut off. The main zip is water-resistant. At this capacity the straps stop being a nicety — a half-full large case shifts more in the hold than a full small one does.
Shell
Polypropylene, not ABS. It flexes on impact and returns to shape; ABS splits, and a cracked shell is the second most common complaint in luggage after wheels. On the largest case in the range the material choice does the most work — it carries the most and gets handled the hardest.

We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. Skip solvents — the matte finish doesn't need them. Empty the case fully before storing, and store it dry with the zips a hand's-width open.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
