Terms of Service

The short version: you're buying from a real company, at the price shown, with a 30-day return window and a three-year warranty on the parts that move. The rest is detail.

1. Who we are. Fantana Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16658320, registered office Thames House, Unit 03 Longreach Road, Barking, England, IG11 0JR ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@fantana.uk.

2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order where a listing error is obvious (a wrong price or description) — if that happens you're refunded in full, promptly.

3. Prices and delivery. All prices are in pounds sterling. Standard delivery within the UK is free on every order, with no minimum; Express is £6.99. Prices can change, but never for an order already placed.

4. Delivery. Free within the UK, which is currently the only place we deliver. Timescales are estimates, not promises; if something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we'll put it right.

5. Cancellation and returns. You have the statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Our own 30-day returns policy sits on top of that — the Returns page states how it works.

6. Faulty goods. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies in full: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Our three-year warranty (see the Warranty page) is in addition to those rights, never instead of them.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach.

8. Complaints. Email hello@fantana.uk with your order number. We aim to resolve complaints directly, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

9. These terms. English law governs; English and Welsh courts have jurisdiction. If any clause is found invalid, the rest stand.
