Design details
The strap
A webbing strap with a side-release buckle, long enough to wear across the body or around the waist. It detaches, which is worth knowing — the bag then clips inside something bigger when you'd rather it wasn't on show.
The things you check for twice
Phone, passport, keys, a wallet. One zipped main compartment and a flat pocket behind it — small enough that nothing gets lost in it, which is the only job it has.
The water-resistant nylon body
Water-resistant nylon — not waterproof, and we won't call it that. The same fabric as the cases, on the smallest thing we make.

Care and warranty
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap; skip solvents. Let it dry fully before you store it, and store it with the zips a hand's-width open so the inside can breathe. Empty the pockets — a forgotten pen is how linings get marked.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If a zip, buckle or strap fitting fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The bag goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks.
Three years on the parts that move — zips, buckles and strap fittings. If one fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
