Design details
Wheels
Four spinner wheels, each turning a full 360°, so the case rolls upright beside you rather than dragging behind.
Handle
Telescopic, locking at more than one height, with moulded carry handles on the top and the side for lifting it into a locker. Extend it fully and feel for side-to-side play — that is the test worth doing on any case before you buy it, ours included.
Interior
It expands: depth goes from 23.3cm to 24.8cm when you open the expander — the difference between a case that closes on the way home and one that doesn't. It has to pass an airline sizer unexpanded, so save the depth for the return leg.
Shell
Polypropylene rather than polycarbonate — slightly heavier, and the best crack resistance at this price. Cracking is almost entirely a material problem: cheap cases use ABS, which splits. We don't sell ABS.
Cabin size
55 × 38.8 × 23.3 cm
We measure to the outside of the wheels and the top of the retracted handle, because that is how the airline measures it. Check the number against your own fare before you fly — allowances change, and ours is the only number we can promise.

Care and warranty
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it. No abrasive cleaners or solvents. Clear grit out of the wheel housings every few trips. Store with the expander closed, upright, empty and dry, handle down.
We don't sell spare parts — there's no counter for that. If something that moves fails, email us and we send a prepaid label. The case goes to our repair centre and comes back repaired or replaced, usually within two to three weeks. Covered: wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles.
Three years on the parts that move — wheels, the handle mechanism, locks, zips and side handles. If one fails under normal travel we repair or replace it. Keep your order number; that's all the paperwork we need.
